Off Site Support

Under off-site support, we will provide longer term on-going support to your development teams; or implement complete integration solutions from inception. The cost will depend on the specific needs of the customer, as well as the duration.

For complete solution development, we will either provide a fixed price delivery based on a 3-point estimation, or provide our services under a time and materials basis. You can freely combine off-site support with customer visits for on-site presence and support, during inception and elaboration phases, as well as for production deployments and post go-lve support.

For long term development assistance and guidance, we will communicate with your teams remotely, via email or conference calls. We can provide development guidance, mentoring / advice, review code / design, or conduct performance testing and tuning.
