Our Production Support offerings cater to large, medium and small deployments with three specific support models, Platinum, Gold and Startup.
As costs are based upon the size of a production deployment, non-production instances used for Development, Testing and Staging will be supported free of charge, resulting in huge savings for our customers.
Production support is offered as Annual subscriptions, or Perpetual licenses with optional support and maintenance after the first year.
Annual subscriptions include both the licensing fee, as well as support and maintenance fees, as one low annual fee. This allows enterprises to reduce the initial capital expenditure for new deployments. Annual subscriptions can be downgraded, but needs to be paid annually, during the period of production use. Customers can upgrade to any later releases during an active subscription period.
Perpetual Licensing subscriptions are offered for specific versions of the software, and includes Platinum level support and maintenance during the first year of deployment. This allows customers to ensure a smooth deployment and successful completion of an integration project, after which annual renewal of support and maintenance becomes optional, while the deployment license remains perpetual.
