Technical Writer

AdroitLogic is currently looking for individuals to join our team as Technical Writers. We are currently considering both experienced individuals, as well as fresh graduates, who have excellent written English skills. Selected individuals will work closely with product teams, sales, marketing and the design team, and create high-impact content to educate and influence target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Work with product and test teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the products, and the documentation requirements
Generate high quality documentation, including samples, tutorials, help & developer guides
Creation and review of articles, white papers, blogs and website content while paying attention to detail
Creation of training materials, training content, and marketing materials, with the assistance of the Design team

Key Skills

Excellent written English skills
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable
Excellent organisational skills and computer literacy, with the ability to self-manage and work on your own

Ideal Candidate Characteristics

A university degree or equivalent professional qualifications, preferably in English or Communications
Prior experience in copywriting, PR, or journalism, and fluency in other languages, will be an advantage
Ability to voice-over for screencasts and videos will be a plus
Marketing Officer

AdroitLogic is currently looking for individuals to join our team as Marketing officers. We are currently considering both experienced individuals as well as fresh graduates, who have analytical minds and excellent creativity within them. Selected individuals will be responsible for creating high-impact content to educate, influence, and activate target audiences. You will work closely with product teams, sales and the design team, to amplify strategic marketing messages, drive significant website traffic, and increase leads.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop, manage and measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Effectively utilize SEO, social media, traditional and digital marketing, to meet company objectives
Creation of marketing materials with the assistance of the Design team
Collaboratively create articles, white papers, blogs, posts, tweets etc

Key Skills

Excellent verbal and written English skills
Excellent organisational skills and computer literacy, with the ability to self-manage and work on your own
A passion to keep abreast with the latest technology and marketing trends

Ideal Candidate Characteristics

A university degree or equivalent professional qualifications, preferably in English or Communications
Professional qualifications such as CIM is a plus
Ability to voice-over for screencasts and videos will be an advantage
Prior experience in copywriting, PR, design, or journalism will be an advantage
